Monthly card purchase failure

Brought a monthly card, but have not been able to claim my daily gems.

I’ve tried to send messages to support but had no response and even sent a pm to a moderator with no reply.

Love the game but the lack of acknowledge around this issue is frustrating.

I have done as advised, but didn’t get a ticket number, the screen just refreshed. Therefore I don’t think my issue was submitted.

Any advice on what to try next?

Hi DCurry, normally the customer service team will give you a ticket number if you successfully submitted request to them, can you please let me know the ticket number so that I help check for you?

Besides,if you don't have the ticket number and need to contact the support team again, here's my advice, remember to send them 1 your transaction ID,
2 screenshot of the receipt,
3 purchase time,
4 your server and club name,
believe me, once you provide these information to them, they will handle for you much quicker.

BTW, please not post your transaction and private personal information here for the safety of your account,

Did you try to do the ticket on the phone becuase i have seen that it is a compability issue to do it on a phone try do the ticket on a computer.
